The Westerly-Pawcatuck Downtown Business Association’s mission is to drive growth, build relationships and foster cooperation between local businesses. Through networking, marketing opportunities and community events, the Association strives to establish Downtown as the cultural and recreational Destination of southern Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut.
